The Italian mum-of-one has been brought over to cook Pogba’s meals but is also teaching him to boil or scramble eggs and fry meat properly.

She is also understood to be teaching the £300,000-a-week star recipes for more complex dishes.

The chef is believed to have served up the midfielder’s dinners when he played at Serie A side Juventus before following him to Manchester.

A source said: “Paul’s chef cooks traditional Italian food which Paul loves but now she’s giving him the culinary skills so she can get by when she’s not around!

“She’s settling in with her family and Paul’s loving having her there to cook his food.

“Plus she can now pass on tips and improve his kitchen skills which are basic at best!”

Pogba, who transferred to United for £89million in the summer, had also helped the chef and her family find a home close to his in Altrincham, Gtr Manchester.

He will be hoping to eat at home more and avoid a repeat of his Manchester restaurant row in February.

Police were called to Akbar’s Indian restaurant because plates were thrown by fans after the Frenchman was said to have refused to sign an autograph.

In August he celebrated his move back to United by ordering a Wing’s Chinese takeaway.

And he has also been spotted gorging himself on plates of beef and chicken in Manchester all-you-can-eat restaurants.

In June fellow United star Zlatan Ibrahimovic had joked that he wanted to bring famous French chef Joel Robuchon to his next club.

He posted next to a picture of the pair on Instagram: “I will bring my chef from Paris with me to my next destination.”
