She wrote: “My best pal💓 Found his tounge now and won’t stop sticking it out😛 Can’t wait to get my boy home sweet home💓 #cuddles #myboy #love (sic).”

This comes after Stephanie revealed in an interview on This Morning earlier today that she was back in a relationship with Jeremy McConnell.

During the chat with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Scofield and claimed it was the pain of losing his mum and siblings at a young age that triggered Jeremy McConnell’s spiral into addiction.

She described Caben as her ‘best pal’

Speaking about her baby daddy’s current rehab stint, Steph explained there was more to his drug use than just addiction – it was grief.

She said: “Already speaking to him there is such a difference. It breaks my heart too.

“The drug addiction – this is how we said it on the phone – was just the tip of the iceberg, it was what was underneath the water all that stuff from when he was younger and all those troubles.

“He has had to get broken down to get built up again. His priority is to be a good dad for Caben and I love him.”

Jeremy has previously spoken about the tragic loss of his mother and siblings when he was a teenager.

He said: “When I was fifteen I was at my cousin’s and my mum fell asleep.

“I got back about two hours later and she was gone – she had a brain haemorrhage.”

Last month his dad died from cancer, with his aunt passing away days later.

His string of tragedies has made Steph even more determined to make a solid home for him with her and their son.

She explained: “You can’t blame me for wanting to keep my family together and everyone deserves a second chance.”

During her upbeat appearance on the show, Stephanie did not speak about how she was forced to call the police after a vicious bust-up with her toxic boyfriend at her Liverpool home.

Instead she heaped praise on the reality star for admitting he has a drug problem and seeking help.

She added: “I’m really proud of him as it’s been a long time coming. I love him and when you’re in a relationship, Jeremy has finally admitted that he did need help with that. I cried for hours.

“I was watching the man I love killing himself slowly in front of me."
