Kell Brook fighting fit for Errol Spence Jr after losing 2st 7lbs by feasting on bacon and cheese and putting butter in his coffee!
KELL BROOK has LOST two and a half stone . . . by feasting on bacon and cheese and putting butter in his coffee!
The Sheffield star will make the 10st 7lb limit today ahead of tomorrow’s IBF world welterweight title fight with Errol Spence Jr.
But it has been a long and gruelling cut from his starting weight of around 13st following September’s middleweight debut against Gennady Golovkin.

But forget rabbit food, Brook was able to shred flab by stuffing his face with high-fat food.
His nutritionist Greg Marriott kicked off the 20-week camp by putting him on a ketogenic diet.
Marriott said: “There are numerous diets out there that people think are fad diets.
“The ketogenic diet works but you have to stick to a process. It’s low carb but your good fats have to be high. People get this wrong — you have to have a certain amount.
“If you have too much protein then ketosis, where your body burns fat for energy, will just stop.
“A lot of people will have fish, meat and not enough fat but then you’re not doing ketosis. You’re wasting your time.”
And Marriott, who has been working with Brook since 2014, says his client has done so well that he has been able to eat normally during fight week.
He added: “Kell’s never been able to do that before. The only shape I’ve seen him in like this is before the Shawn Porter fight when he won the world title.”

But while he has been focused on cutting down carbs, Brook has promised to serve up plenty of ‘chocolate brownies’ to the undefeated American Spence.
The 31-year-old has always used the term to describe his devastating right hand, which he says is as sweet as chocolate.
Brook also revealed his own sadness over the Manchester Arena terror attack this week.
He said: “One of the people who died was from Sheffield so Saturday is about Sheffield coming together for one night, turning everything that happened into a positive really.”
